These consist of informal one hour annual meetings with one of our providers for the purpose of providing support to employees and to help establish relationships with providers. They are voluntary and confidential. They are not fitness evaluations (Check In…not "check up”). Some agencies provide these to all employees, and some identify those who may be at higher risk for negative psychological impact.
