Peer Support Team Training and Supervision (PST):

Peer counseling is a widely used tool to provide support to members involved in critical incidents or who are undergoing significant stress. Police officers feel more understood by co-workers. Our program supports the selection and training of peer counselors, and provides clinical oversight to organized Peer Support Teams.
